Frankenstein By Night is a 2012-2013 television series that is an original making adaptation of the already existing Fraknenstein. This series defines a new version of Frankenstien as he has been transformed from just a simple monster, into a world-reknowned superhero.

| After losing to Frankenstein repeatedly, Dr. Zing finally uses the DNA of him and creates a Red Incomplete clone of Frankenstein named Frankenstein X, who's the sole purpose is to exterminate Frankenstein. Frankenstein X seems to be too much for Frankenstein as he is much stronger than he is. Frankenstein X then betrays Dr. Zing and takes over Nightmare City on his own. Dr. Zing then goes to the heroes as he seeks help to stop his own creation. He then says that Frankenstein X's weakness is the opposite of Frankenstein's. Frankenstein then fights him one more time at the Arctic part where he manages to barely win by dropping him in the water and become frozen solid. Dr. Zing then goes to jail. | |||||

| After spending time in prison with each other, Mechanic and Dr. Zing decide to work together. They create a hole in the city that makes the sky go black and everything to slowly die. Mechanic goes solo and then captures Dr. Zing. Frankenstein then tries to stop his Metallic Army along with Percy and Jen until they eventually becomes overwhelmed and gets captured. Dr. Zing busts them out and they all work together to stop Mechanic. However, they run into Metallix who easily beats them and locks them in the Dungeon together. | |||||

| Mechanic and his army easily take over the city and soon enough he's controlling each district. The heroes and Dr. Zing hide at Jen's house to which they find out how to beat Mechanic. They find no information on Mechanic until Dr. Zing comes back from his lab and shows them a paper that says to exterminate Metallix in order for the army to vanish and Mechanic to be powerless. Frankenstein then fights Metallix but is easily overpowered and is about to lose until Dr. Zing saves him with his robot. However, Mechanic's army has taken over the city, can the heroes and Dr. Zing stop him now? | |||||

Percy distracts her as Frankenstein ventures inside of the plants and battles the Demon Plant guarding Jen's keep away body. He is then overpowered by the plants and is about to lose until he remembers that he has snow powers now. He then uses them and and manages to beat the plants and save Jen before the whole town becomes a plant forest. They apologize to her and she forgives them. | |||||

They managed to trick him and gets into the fortress. Dr. Zing then explains that he finally knows how to get rid of Frankenstein. He then sends his army to fight them but Frankenstein barely wins. Frankenstein then flees but his friends did not escape and were captured. He then promised to find a way out. He finds Mechanic and Mechanic explains everything and asks Frankenstein to set him free but the latter does not. He gets scared but then decides to go until Metallic Boulder comes in and promise to beat him. However, Frankenstein angered beats the villain. He then goes to the volcano where he puts himself before his friends, they release his friends and Metallic Boulder explains he powered himself up. He then beats Frankenstein up and they lock him in a tomb to where they dip him in the lava and he turns to stone. Jen and Percy start to cry and Percy yells out to his best friend. They are then taken to their cages as they are watching them put stone Frankenstein back on the conveyor belt where he was created. Dr. Zing then laughs evilly as he gets the last laugh and Frankenstein is officially defeated. | |||||

Who has the sole purpose of exterminating Frankenstein. Frankenstein X seems to be too much for Frankenstein as he is much stronger than he is. Frankenstein X then betrays Dr. Zing and takes over Nightmar City on his own. Dr. Zing then goes to the heroes as he seeks help to stop his own creation. He then says that Frankenstein X's weakness is the opposite of Frankenstein's. Frankenstein then fights him one more time at the Arctic part where manages to barely win by dropping him in the water and become frozen solid. Dr. Zing then goes to jail. | |||||

| After spending time in prison with each other, Mechanic and Dr. Zing decides to work together. They create a hole in the city that makes the sky go red and everything to slowly die. Mechanic then goes solo and then captures Dr. Zing. Frankenstein then tries to stop his Metallic Army along with Percy and Jen until they eventually becomes overwhelmed and gets captured. Dr. Zing busts them out and they all work together to stop Mechanic. However, they run into Metallix who easily beats them and locks them in the Dungeon together. | |||||

| Meanwhile, Mechanic and his army is easily taking over the city and soon enough is controlling each district. The heroes and Dr. Zing then busts out and goes hide at Jen's house to which they find out how to beat Mechanic. They find no information on Mechanic until Dr. Zing come back from his lab and shows them a paper that says to exterminate Metallix in order for the army to vanish and Mechanic to be powerless. Frankenstein then fights Metallix but is easily overpowered and is about to lose until Dr. Zing saves him with his robot. Mechanic then gets placed back in jail and everything goes back to normal. | |||||

Out far in the Arctics, the mermaids returns to cause chaos and mischieft upon Nightmare City and exact their revenge on Frankenstein. Once in the city, they easily control all of the boys again into finding and capturing Frankenstein. However, they fail when Jen and Percy uses their Hypno Rays to change them back. Frankenstein then fights the mermiads and decides to settle the feud in a fish off. | |||||

| While it starts the beginning of the snow cycle, Dr. Zing creates a snow beast named Snowman using a plutonium power source he found for its heart. He then sends it to defeat Frankenstein and cover the city in a wasteland of snow. As Frankenstein struggles with Snowman, he learns that snow is what powers him up. He then figures out how to beat the snowman by absorbing its power into himself, destroying it. | |||||

| Day 2 of the snow and Frankenstein plans something for his pals. However, things are not pleasant when a new villain named Boulder comes to town and seeks vengeance on his master, Dr. Zing. The heroes gets surprised and Frankenstein goes to beat Boulder as he is the true creation of Dr. Zing. However, he is outmatched but manages to trick Boulder as Boulder is very stupid. | |||||

| As the snow still continues, they all celebrates New Year's Eve. However, the Party Dragon comes and demands that everyone stops celebrating New Year's because they do not know the meaning of it. Jen then gets mad and demands that he stops. However, she and Percy gets captured and Frankenstein trains to fight Party Dragon for their freedom. Once fighting, Party Dragon seems unbeatable until Jen is released and manages to say a message that could exterminate it forever. | |||||

| After getting in an arguement with Percy over what they shall do, Frankenstein and him breaks up as Best Friends and Jen must bring them back together. She tries everything to bring them back together until she must work with Mechanic to create an uprising evil force to bring them back. They both insult each other and even physically fight one another (to which Frankenstein would eventually win if the fight got into depth). When Heavy Machine returns ( a fake copy), the two puts their differences aside and works together to stop him. They rejoice as Best Friends and the episode ends with them both arguing all over again and Jen just walking away. | |||||

| After learning that his friends have been captured by the return of Frankenstein X. However, Frankenstein X has some new improvements, his arms are now blue, his legs are blue and his face is blue. His body is the only thing that is red now. He can now breathe ice. Frankenstein is easily outmatched by his nemesis' new strength. He then decides to give up the superhero thing and stays at his house. However, after hearing on the news that two teens will be dumped in the lava by a monster that resembles Frankenstein, Frankenstein leaves to the volcano to where he duel with Frankenstein X one last time. He somehow wins when getting the motivation and pushes him off of the volcano and rescues his friends. However, Frankenstein X survived and has 1 Red Arm, 1 Blue Arm, 1 Green Arm & 1 Orange Arm. He also has Bat Wings, Demon Tail, 3 eyes, a fish antenna, gills and can spit fire out of mouth and ice from hands. | |||||

| A wizard named Cox planned on switching souls with Frankenstein but fails and does it with Jen. The two boys then gets curious about Jen as she does not act like herself. Meanwhile, Jen in Cox's body tries to find her body and beat Cox up. Cox then goes along with all of Frankenstein's and Percy's ideas and eventually is about to switch souls with Frankenstein until Jen comes and gets her body back. The two then gets confused and Frankenstein disposes of him. He then sends Cox to jail for the rest of his life. JEn explains everything and then treats the two to some Ice Cream at Luigi's Italiona Ice Shop. | |||||

| After beating Dr. Zing again and when going home, the heroes are then accused of theft. They then get home quickly and looks on the news to find out that a mysterious person that looks like Frankenstein is stealing things, hurting people and more. Frankenstein then gets mad and goes on a rampage to find that person. Percy and Jen then goes out to find him. Frankenstein discovers it was Frankenstein X who looks totally different. They fight but Frankenstein loses quickly. Frankenstein X then goes to Nightmare Bridge to to cut the lines to make many people fall in the water. However, Frankenstein finds him and challenges him again. Jen and Percy finds him along with the police. As they fight, Frankenstein is winning until Frankenstein X displays his new powers and Frankenstein only wins when he tricks the latter into getting hit by a Grenade Launching Bazooka. | |||||

| A kid named Rusty Lad is created by Dr. Zing to be extremely fast (fastest on the planet). He then tricks him into thinking that Frankenstein is evil. When Percy is impressed by his speed and manages to beat Frankenstein in a race. He then leaves the other two to hang out with Rusty Lad. Rusty Lad then mocks Frankenstein and Jen gets mad. As Rusty Lad is slowly stealing Frankenstein's bets friend, Jen trains him to become faster. Her thing works but he is still slower. They then get help from Dr. Zing that they put on Frankenstein to make him seem faster than Rusty Lad. Frankenstein then challenges him and they fight to which Frankenstein eventually wins. They then race and Frankenstein eventually wins when Rusty Lad is distracted by how Frankenstein is "faster" than him. Percy then apoogizes and takes Frankenstein out to his favorite pizza shop (Jen goes with them). | |||||

| After Frankenstein and Percy laugh at her for thinking that plants are powerful, Jen gets angry and leaves. She then goes to see Mechanic, Cox and Dr. Zing. However, hey all meant to do that and they transform her into a hideous plant beast. She then seeks revenge on the town (mostly her friends). Percy distracts her as Frankenstein ventures inside of the plants and battles the Demon Plant guarding Jen's keep away body. He is then overpowered by the plants and is about to lose until he remembers that he has snow powers now. He then uses them and and manages to beat the plants and save Jen before the whole town becomes a plant forest. They apologize to her and she forgives them. | |||||

| Mechanic begs for the heroes help to retrieve an item called the Sand Vase from the Barren Wastelands. They accept (Frankenstein accepting) and they head to the barren wasteland. However, they find Clownface back with his old tricks and this time Frankenstein gives him the beating. Eventually, they give up but Frankenstein motivates them and they then find it. However, Heavy Machine is there as he returns and they realize that they have been tricked. Frankenstein fights with his old arch-rival but seems to be slowly losing the fight. Percy and Jen then uses magnifying glass and makes Heavy Machine overheat again. Frankenstein then literally rips him to pieces. They all then head back and find the city enslaved by Dr. Zing. | |||||

| As they look through the city for any people, they see one running from a robot guard but gets captured. They then goes to Dr. Zing's fortress but they are stopped by Metallic Boulder. They managed to trick him and gets into the fortress. Dr. Zing then explains that he finally knows how to get rid of Frankenstein. He then sends his army to fight them but Frankenstein then barely wins. Frankenstein then flees but his friends did not escape and were captured. He then promised to find a way out. He finds Mechanic and Mechanic explains everything and asks Frankenstein to set him free but the latter does not. Frankenstein then beats all the guards out on the streets and manages to get home safely. | |||||

| He then sees on the news that Dr. Zing states that any guard that finds Frankenstein and beats him will win an exotic trip to the tropical islands. He then tells Frankenstein that if he does not turn himself in to him, his friends will be dropped in the hottest lava at Mt. Crisp the Supervolcano. He gets scared but then decides to go until Metallic Boulder comes in and promise to beat him. However, Frankenstein angered beats him up (despite being hurt sometimes) and beats the villain. He then goes to the volcano where he puts himself before his friends, they release his friends and Metallic Boulder explains he powered himself up. He then beats Frankenstein up and they lock him in a tomb to where they dip him in the lava and he turns to stone. Jen and Percy start to cry and Percy yells out his best friend. They are then taken to their cages as they are watching them put stone Frankenstein back on the conveyor belt where he was created. Dr. Zing then laughs evilly as he gets the last laugh and Frankenstein is officially defeated. This was suppose to be the original series finale until it was renewed for a third season due to popular audience demands. | |||||
